One of our favorite water toy is a float bumper toy. These plastic toys float on the water and are attached to a nylon rope. The rope allows you to swing the toy so that it goes farther when you throw it. The ones we buy are bright orange and red. Steve loves to jump in the pool to fetch the bumpers. He gets a lot of great exercise from them.
